Detailed Interview
30 minutes on a call, mostly about how you think.

Trial Task
A real piece of work that should take no longer than an hour.

We’ll send you your offer, which will include a base and bonus.

Training
You learn how to use SuperCool, our platform. Pass the test, then you’re assigned to a client.

You can carry at least 4 client projects at the same time without dropping any of them.
