The short answer

DoubleUp is the staffing wing of the company that owns SuperCool. SuperCool is one place to run your marketing and your business online — one login. It runs your website, your landing pages, your funnels, your email, your Meta ads, your Google ads, your social posting, your video, your publishing and your automation. More than 300,000 people are members. And DoubleUp is how it comes with a specialist who runs it for you.

Most people arrive for one of two reasons. Either they have been doing this themselves for years and they are tired of it, or they have been paying someone else to do it and they cannot tell whether it is working.

The longer answer is that the software and the people are in the same room, and that is the part nobody else has. Everyone else sells you a tool and leaves you with the work, or sells you hours and bills you for them. Here the person running your marketing sits inside the software the work happens in, which is the reason it can be priced the way it is.

Why it exists

For twenty years, running your own marketing meant buying a stack. A website builder. An email tool. An ads tool. A design tool. A scheduler. Something for the blog, something for the forms, something for the invoices. Each one solved a piece. None of them solved the whole thing.

And the part nobody warned you about was the wiring. Keeping six or seven tools pointed at each other and hoping the information arrives somewhere useful.

We built SuperCool because that wiring is not the work. The work is knowing what to say to your customer and saying it well. Everything else should be plumbing. And we built DoubleUp because even with the plumbing solved, somebody still has to run it.

What is actually inside

Everything that used to be a separate purchase, in one login and already connected to the things around it.

  • Websites and landing pages, built and hosted where the rest of it runs.
  • Funnels and forms, so an enquiry lands somewhere instead of in an inbox.
  • Email, including the sequences that go out after somebody signs up.
  • Meta ads and Google ads, set up, run and read by your specialist.
  • Social posting, scheduled across the accounts you actually use.
  • Video creation, which is usually the thing that stops people posting at all.
  • Publishing and scheduling, so the blog and the calendar stay full.
  • Automation, for the follow-ups and the admin that should never need a person.

The point is that all of it lives in one place, so nothing has to be connected to anything. You do not bolt SuperCool onto a stack. It replaces the stack.

Who this is for

A restaurant that has been open thirty years, where the food was never the problem and being found is. A founder who just raised money and has to turn it into demand rather than into more headcount.

Somebody starting fresh with a budget set aside and no team yet. Somebody who has been trading for a decade and is finally ready to take marketing seriously.

Those situations look nothing alike and the need underneath them is the same every time. Somebody has to run this properly, every week, and it should not be you. You are the one who knows the business, which is already a full-time job.

How it works in practice

It is month to month, so you can stop at any point. This is the order it happens in.

  1. You are matched with a specialist

Within a day. You are on with the person who will be running your marketing, and they have the wider team behind them when something needs more than one pair of hands.

  2. The first two weeks rebuild the foundations

Site, offers, profiles, and the first campaigns live. This is the fortnight where most of the visible change happens.

  3. Then it settles into a rhythm

Tests, reads and changes, with updates twice a week on the entry plan. You always know what was spent, what came back, and what gets tried next.

  4. You scale only once something is working

More budget, more channels, more of your specialist's time. Nothing gets bigger before it has earned it, and you can stop at any point along the way.

What we will not tell you

We will not tell you that any of it is guaranteed to work. There is no magic funnel that fixes everything. Everything works somewhere and nothing works everywhere, which is an uncomfortable thing to hear from the people selling it and true anyway.

So the job is testing and reading honestly. Run something, look at what came back, keep it or kill it, then do that again next week.

If anyone promises you a result, they are selling you a mechanism rather than a business. Nobody knows how next month goes until it has been run and read.

Why it costs what it costs

We lose money on the staffing, and we do it on purpose. The aim is ten thousand businesses running on SuperCool, because that is where the business lives, and a platform that size is what makes the staffing affordable.

The entry plan is $997 a month. That is the software, a specialist running it, and the department behind them. Two thousand five hundred a month puts a specialist on your business full time. If you would rather have the person on your own payroll, that is a full-time hire and we will help you get there.

You start small, and the only reason to expand is that something is working.

Where this is going

Every tool, every model and every older piece of software is collapsing into one agent that remembers everything. You describe what you want once, and it already knows your business, your customers and last month.

When that happens, software stops being the advantage, because everyone ends up with the same one. What stays scarce is the person who knows what to ask it and what to do with the answer.

That is why we built DoubleUp the way we did, and why the four specialist roles exist. The software is the floor. The person standing on it is the difference.

It is not a question of whether this becomes how businesses run. Only whether you are early or late.

The honest summary is short. You get a department's worth of marketing software and a person who runs it, for less than the cost of a part-time hire, with the downside capped in writing.

What exactly do I get for $997 a month?

The software, a specialist running it, and the team behind them. Websites, funnels, email, ads, social, video, publishing and automation all sit in the one login, so there is nothing else to buy. What you are really paying for is the work getting done every week instead of sitting undone.

Do I own my website and my accounts?

Yes. The site, the domains, the ad accounts and the email lists are yours, in your name, and they stay yours if you stop. We build inside your accounts rather than holding them. That means nothing has to be handed back at the end.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You approve things and answer questions about your business, which is the part only you can do. Everything technical belongs to your specialist, including the jobs that would normally need a developer. Your week does not get more technical than it is now.

How fast does it start?

You are matched with a specialist within a day, and the first two weeks go on rebuilding the foundations and getting the first campaigns live. Some businesses see something move in that fortnight and some in the second month. Either way you get a plain read of what happened rather than a status update.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is month to month and you can stop at any point. Fourteen days of it are money back in writing if it is not right. The idea is that the decision stays small enough to make without a committee.

What if I already have a website and a stack?

That is most people who arrive. Whatever is worth keeping gets kept, and the rest gets replaced rather than added to. The goal is fewer logins and less wiring, so anything that survives the move has earned its place.

Is this software or a service?

Both, and that is the whole idea. Software on its own leaves you holding the work. A service on its own costs you the hours every month, forever. Here the software is where the work happens and the person running it sits inside it, which is why the price looks the way it does.

How do I know it will work?

You do not, and neither do we on day one. What you get is an honest read every week, tests that get stopped when they fail, and a downside capped in writing. Finding out costs you fourteen days.
