The job

Most local businesses — med spas, roofers, dentists, restaurants — are good at what they do and invisible online. Your job is to show them, personally, what they're missing, and book the interested owners a call with one of our specialists. Every day looks like this:

  1. Find local businesses that are real and busy but clearly underserved online — dated site, no ads, a thin Google profile.
  2. Build each one a custom example site in minutes with our builder: their logo, their colors, their city.
  3. Record a short Loom walking the owner through what we built for them, and email it.
  4. Call until you reach the owner, answer their questions honestly, and book them a call with one of our specialists.

You don't close and you don't handle the work — specialists do. You open doors, honestly and persistently, and every call you book that turns into a client pays you $200.

The ladder

You start commission-only. Every closed deal moves you up, and every level unlocks something real:

  1. Starter — 1 closed deal. Your own @doubleup.ai Google email · A seat on the DoubleUp team Loom
  2. Official — 5 closed deals. The uniform: DoubleUp hat and t-shirt
  3. Pro — 10 closed deals. $500 bonus
  4. Elite — 25 closed deals. A raise: $250 for every close from here on · A pro headset
  5. Employee — 50 closed deals. Full-time W-2 role with weekly base pay · Health insurance and a 401(k)
  6. Senior — 100 closed deals. Flown to Miami for the DoubleUp event — where you're handed your new laptop
  7. Promotion eligible — 200 closed deals. Eligible for promotion

Plus daily targets, streaks and a weekly leaderboard, so there's always something to win this week.

How hiring works

  1. Apply. About 20 minutes: your details, a judgment quiz, a short intro video and your resume.
  2. Group interview. A live group session on Zoom where we show the job and see how you think.
  3. One-on-one. A short call with the team to answer your questions and see if it fits.
  4. Contract and login. Sign your contract and your training, scripts and workspace open the same day. The first 90 days are a contractor trial; then you move to W-2.
